Our Work
At island building services we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We will walk in and submit each set of plans at the building department for our clients. This allows them to avoid all the “red tape” & with the building departments On-line plan tracking system they can check anytime on their plans progress. Each set of plans becomes a legal document after being signed and stamped by our Architect Jeffrey Gross AR 11532 who oversees structural calculations.
