Providing clients with all the plans and documents required to submit for a building permit in Hawaii. Specializing in New Custom Home Designs and As-Built (built without a permit) projects. Re-models, Additions, residential and commercial.
S.M.A. and Special Use Permitting, in-house Structural, Waste Water and Civil Engineering available as maybe be required.
Each set of plans is reviewed and signed by our Hawaii licensed architect Jeffrey Gross and structural engineering and calculations by an engineer. Interior DESIGN, Electrical and lighting design, 3D Modeling and Photo Realistic Perspectives. Our service includes submitting each set of plans for our clients into the building department letting them avoid all the “RED TAPE“.
