Each set of plans is reviewed and signed by our in-house Hawaii-licensed architect, Ali Ghalamfarsa, and structural engineering and calculations are done by a licensed engineer. Interior DESIGN, Electrical and lighting design, 3D Modeling and photorealistic perspectives. Our service includes submitting each set of plans for our clients into the building department, letting them avoid all the “RED TAPE“.
